WHAT I READ?
I read a part of "The 7 habits of highly effective teens" about how to be understood I would have to seek first to understand.This means if you want to be understood then you have to understand first.
WHAT I DID?
I reread the paragraph and the second time and understood it better.
WHAT DID I LEARN?
I learned that if you understand first then hearing things you will be able to understand.
